MANIFESTO
LE CONSOMMÉ
Is consumption merely hunger? Or is it a compulsion to devour the world around us? We live in a paradox. You wouldn’t eat a remote control, yet you control the television. You devour the image, the color, the noise.THE DISTORTION
My work is a study of this appetite.
I take the familiar and twist it until it creates a new, distorted reality. I look for the surreal in the everyday. My work captures the glossy, saturated hunger of post-consumerism and feeds it back to the viewer but sharper and louder. A remote control becomes a utensil. A luxury product becomes a totem.THE SEDUCTION
I believe in the power of the pull. Before the mind analyzes the concept, the eye must feel the texture. I am obsessed with the near-erotic tension found in the right combination of gloss and saturation. How light clings to a surface, how colors clash or bleed into one another. It is about creating an image so tactile, so visceral, that the viewer doesn't just see it;
they crave it.THE METHOD
I am not a documentarian. I am a constructor. I am an amplifier. A processor of reality. A curator of the absurd. Whether collaborating with global luxury houses or art institutions, I do not merely document a subject; I orchestrate a visual collision. I don’t take photos, rather strive to engineer the gaze.[ACQUIRE WORK / VIEW CATALOGUE]
